As a University of Dayton Business Accounting Major, Anita brings with her 10 years of previous recycling experience before joining RDS. She has multiple years of success in financial management for mid-size organizations. Anita offers an array of skills in cash management, budgetary planning, team management, human resources, accounting, insurance, auditing, payroll, job costing and tax filing. She has a strong track record of success implementing accounting software and cost controls. Anita has a good relationship with everyone and takes a team approach to all projects. She joins RDS with a hands-on approach to solving real world problems using financial analysis.
